Join dynamic and engaging business women at the Chamber's Annual Women in Business Luncheon. This year, the Chamber has partnered with the York Small Business Enterprise Centre, the Women's Centre of York Region and the Ontario Government, expanding the event to include a morning workshop on social media for business and a presentation on the innovative Enterprising Business Incubator (EBI) Program at the Women's Centre, and great networking opportunities. After lunch, a panel of prominent and successful female entrepreneurs will share their insights and best practices related to growing and running successful businesses, and achieving life-work balance.
The exciting and fun-filled format will be sure to satisfy your appetite and creative minds, while gaining great information and tips to assist you in your own careers.

PANELISTS for this years event are:
- Julie King President of Biz-Zone Internet Group Inc. Julie King is a local tech entrepreneur who has worked on several ventures. She is the co-founder of CanadaOne.com, a national small business magazine that was visited by over 796,000 people last year and she also runs the hyper-local community website, StouffvilleConnects.com. As the president and CEO of Biz-Zone Internet Group Inc., a local web software company that specializes in working with non-profit associations, Julie is also very involved in web and software design.
- Michelle Digulla President and General Manager at Motorola Mobility Canada. With more than 15 years’ experience working in the telecommunications industry, Michelle has a wealth of knowledge on marketing and bringing products to market. She has worked with Sony Ericsson, Telus and Accenture. Michelle has a BA in Political Science from York University, and an MBA from McMaster. She is married with two small children, and lives in Newmarket.
- Jennifer Ettinger President of Fit Your Style Inc., and regular contributor at Rogers daytime TV Jennifer is a dynamic and inspirational speaker, who founded Fit Your Style Inc. She helps women of all age groups find their style confidence through image, fitness, beauty and empowerment.
